Q: Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?

A: Yes! All of my stud posts are with stainless steel so they are great for sensitive ears. Most of my hooks are stainless steel as well. My ball posts are either stainless steel, silver plated, or gold plated.

 
Q: What is processing/ shipping time?

A: Processing time is 1-2 weeks but could be faster depending on influx of orders. Shipping time can vary due to COVID-19. Average shipping time in the US is 3-5 business days. Please allow extra time for any delays on shipping/processing time if you need the items sooner.

Q: Can I change from a stud to a dangle or vice versa?

A: Yes you can, leave me a note at checkout with the change you are wanting to make and i will get back to you on that. If you would prefer clip-ons or plastic findings, I can also do that!!

 

Q: Are clay earrings heavy?

A: No, polymer clay earrings are lightweight. Most of the heaviest pairs weigh as much as a quarter. 

 

Q: Are the earrings fragile?

A: If the earrings were made correctly, they should have a slight bend to them. I do not recommend bending them because it could wear it out and cause them to break. They should not break if they manage to fall on the floor. If the earrings are coated in resin, they will not have a bend to them

 

Q: Do you accept refunds or cancellations

A: No, my shop policy does not allow for cancellations or refunds. Once I hand the package over to USPS, it is out of my control. Please make sure you type in the correct address otherwise you will not receive your package. 

 

Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A: Yes, I do!! If you want to fill out my custom order form, that helps me stay organized. If you see a style you absolutely love but would love in another color, I can absolutely do that for you as well
